Simbu is in a fix!
He wants to start his Dabangg remake under the direction of Dharani before April 15.
However, he has not been able to find a heroine for the film so far.
Initally he had held discussions with Sonam Kapoor, who showed an interest in the project, but is reported to have backed out on the advice of her dad Anil Kapoor who started his career in south.
Anil feels that Sonam has to establish herself in Bollywood and then take a big step southwards.
Poor STR is now left without a heroine. All the coveted heroines doing south films like Taapsee, Ileana, Hansika and Anushka have no immediate dates to spare.
He has made it clear that he does not want Kajol Aggarwal.
The latest we hear is that STR and Dharani have started a big hunt for the right girl, as the heroine is the pivot around which the entire film revolves.
