Sonakshi Sinha, veteran Bollywood actor Shatrughan Sinha's daughter who shot to fame with Salman Khan’s recentDabangg, is reportedly under consideration for the female lead in Universal Star Kamal Haasan's new Tamil psychological thriller to be directed by ace Selvaraghavan.
"Kamal Sir is doing a film inspired by Anthony Hopkins' Hannibal. Since Sonakshi's acting talents in Dabangg have been applauded, Kamal is keen to have her in the role essayed by Julianne Moore in the original," a source said.
Selvaraghavan has already narrated the script to the actress, but she has not yet given her green signal to the project, it is said. This untitled Tamil film will be dubbed in Telugu and Hindi.
